Texas Chili Rippers

Postby OldUsedParts » Tue Feb 20, 2018 1:37 pm

:texas: I don't know if it was the trees that are starting to bloom or the 70+ temps we've been enjoying that made me crave a Hot Dawg today. :dont: What ever it was, the itch has been sufficiently scratched (burp) :chef:

Yes, love the rippers. When we do chili we almost always have chili dogs at some point during th week and freeze enough to do them again at a later date.

Great Rippers, OUP! It makes me crave one.

Speaking of Coney, I spent alot of time as a child at Coney Island - on rides, in arcades and eating at Nathan's. Besides their hot dogs, they also had these great, thick, crinkle-cut fries.

I came from the ( other ) side of the Hudson River where it was all about the Sabrett's...

Either way, it's a win/win :):)

Lol, once you get a proper Ripper, you never look back !!

Yo Emm, if you ever make it even remotely close to to the NYC/Jersey border, I'd love to take you, the misses , Sailor and PB to Rutts Hut in Clifton Nj !!

You all would be in ( Ripper Heaven ) !!
