Home Made Bruschetta

Light snack today before we pig out tonight, first time I've made this where we both Actually Loved It..

Note to self ::::
Go EASY on the Shallots, wow are they strong..

STOP IT!!! I "was" going to submit a little something for the throwdown, but when you post things like this just for grins, why bother. I know my food is ugly, but it tastes good. :D :D Once more setting the bar far above us mortals. Nice job sir. :cheers: :cheers: :cheers: :cheers: :cheers:

Bruschetta was the whole reason I wanted to play around and make French bread. Trying my hand at baguettes now. Much harder than I anticipated. Lol!

Great grub and pics as usual, my wife loves it too, she prefers red onion, have you tried it with that, btw, I must do this soon, basil is growing like crazy out in the garden ATM.
