To be honest, with food like this it's hard to blame the guy. ;)

We're gonna have to try these ribs in our oven. They look great!

Enjoy the game today.
I told Everyone at work that if they see me come in with either a Chocolate Cake or Brownies, to NOT eat them!!

I was joking when I first said that to them but the more this guys shows his selfishness, the more I feel like going back to my old way of thinking when I was a kid just out of high school flying thru the Lincoln Tunnel with Straight Pipes wreaking Havoc on society, lololol...

But, I look at my little guy and reality sets in that those times are long gone where they belong :)

Looks like we now have 13 lbs of ribs for ourselves...
6" of snow and now sleet and freezing rain so not worth the hour drive with the wife and little guy on the roads.

Here they are :):)

Just so you don't hurt yourself please watch for the mailer being delivered to your home today. Very simple to complete. Open, fill with surplus goodies (see above) seal, and call for pick up. It will come to me COD so you won't even be out any shipping cost. Now that's Texas hospitality for you right there. Always thinking of others.

Stumbled upon some country ribs, so we had to attempt this. Ours were nowhere near as big, so they were done in next to no time.

Served with cheese grits and some vej.

Pretty good AND pretty EZ; you just want to drink those pan drippings!. Thanks for the idea and recipe, WV.

Sweet job Sailor, what did u use for a rub if u don't mind me asking ?

As for that liquid, I know, ain't it addicting :)?:)?:)?

Also, what did you think about the hint of lemon on the sugar sauce ?
We absolutely love it:)

We only had one lemon, so not every piece got a slice...but it worked!

The rub was tail ends of whatever we had with just a teaspoon or so left, and we've been 'compiling' this rub for years. So....HoochieMamaWingDustMcCormickSPGMystery Rub?

Shook on some red pepper flakes, too. Next time I would look for bigger, thicker ribs because this was done so fast. These were from two different cuts, shoulder and rib. I noticed your 'rib portions' had at least two bones in them. These were one bone thick. Still delicious!
