Kitchen Sink Surprise
A little too early to start this but I've been chopping, gathering and thinking about what I want to do with this leftover Oink Bonz Meat
I deboned the meat and ran it thru the Food Processor and I know that I've got to add some "Moisture/Liquid/Grease/Something" to it so it's similar to Soup/Gumbo/Chili.
THAT is the plan.
The last ingredient I add with either be a can of Rotels and Green Chilies OR the leftover Hoppin John Blackeyes from the other day which has plenty of Maters also.
The Team isn't on the Field yet but they're ready to Play
I may end up calling this Trash Can Fiasco Dump Soup

Re: Kitchen Sink Surprise
thank ya, Chef - - - I've started it and have eased everything in except the maters - - still thinking on whether I want the blackeyes in there or not - - - did a couple of tasties and "not too bad, if I say so myself" - - - I almost used beef stock but then I snapped that all the meats were pork so I opted for chicken broth and I'm glad I did - - - - now I think I'll slow simmer it for a while and then dump in the maters.

Re: Kitchen Sink Surprise
I'd just eat a big bowl like it is with some tortilla chips for a little crunch.

gotcha I took a small taste into the Wiffy and asked her if she wanted leftover Hoppin John Blackeyes or Rotel - - - she replied "Both" - - done and simmering until Lunch or pre-lunch.

Yesiree, WillieP - - - that SB Chili Seasoning is not just for Chili - - - this turned out to be more of a Soup and the seasoning was the Cat's Meow
