Indian cuisine tonight!

Decided to try something new with chicken. India won the vote! Decided on chicken tikka masala. Turned out wonderfully! It was messy and involved, but otherwise not too complicating. Certainly a refreshing change to our usual chicken dishes which are usually just grilled, fried, or baked. The wife and kids absolutely loved it! I'd like to try this with some lamb next time.

Got my vote dude :):)

I can smell it from here.
We used to have neighbors from Bangladesh and in the summer, we would get all different new aromas from thier kitchen window.

Most were real good, just a few we're unpopular with us.

They moved to Texas somewhere, not sure tho.

Nice! I use many of the same spices, just rarely together. Lol! I'm a real advocate of cumin. I'd like to play around a bit more with some Mediterranean and eastern foods.

Txd you get my tick, I do all my own curries from scratch. Have you ever tried onion bhagees? Real good Indian entree, I've never found anyone that doesn't love them, served with a mint rhaita.

Onion Bhaji? Can't say I've ever had one. I've only recently begun toying with other country foods that don't include Mexico. Lol! Made a nice Thai noodle dish not long ago, the Tikka tonight, and I'm thinking I wanna throw down some rustic Italian soon.

Thanks! Think I'm wanting to do a curried chicken this time around.
