I love this weather for this meal. The wife finally tried it and she really likes it. This batch was at her request. Lol!

A poet and didn't know it! I was a bit shocked when she said she'd try it also, due to the tripe. I'm trying to figure out an alternative to that. I'm thinking sweetbreads. I've not found any around here though. I'll have to snag some next trip to Texas.

Uh, no. Just me, I don't care for tripe or hominy so that takes it out of my ballpark. :dont: :dont:
