Yesterday was day 2 of the new year and time to finish off some of the holiday food so for dinner yesterday it was pork loin, beef roast, blackeyed pea's, carrot's and tatar's.

Ain't it funny how the Holidays create so many leftovers that we really enjoy eating from year to year? :salut: :tup:
