Too Dang Cold Outside

Postby Williep » Mon Jan 01, 2018 10:55 am

So at 4:am this morning I put a boneless beef chuck roast in the crock pot on low, got some blackeyed pea's in another crock pot with onion, canadian bacon, brown sugar and I got a fire going. Happy New Year's to everyone and try to stay warm.

I hear ya. Wife’s making some leftover brisket chili for the game and we are staying in.

That looks great.

I know WV and some of our other northern friends are chuckling at us complaining about Tx cold. But we had a 7 degrees wind chill this AM. Plenty cold for me!

Wind chill NYE, -20 :):)

When I sneezed outside and it froze on my upper lip 10 seconds later, it was definitely time to go back in, lol !!
