CHEESY CHEESY Burgers

Postby woodenvisions » Sun Dec 31, 2017 1:28 pm

It's been a long while since I did some burgers on the table top skillet.
Made some home made Mac&Cheese yesterday with a roux base, and a 5 cheese Mexican Blend.

2 lbs later, it was put in the fridge till today. Added some Cheddar, heated it up and rolled into a ball, then formed into bun sized pucks using a burger former.

On the Skillet with some 85/15 seasoned with SB Steak Seasoning topped with Havarti and then on the ( Roni Buns ) with more Havarti.

Definitely worth the work for sure.

I apologise in advance for the pics :):)ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

WV, you really are a demented individual. You take 2 of my favorite things, combine them, add to them, and then post pictures.  Have I wronged you in a past life? :dont: :dont: There has to be some reason for this torture. As this is the last day of the year would you possibly consider a truce for 2018??? :whiteflag: :whiteflag: :whiteflag: :whiteflag: :whiteflag:

Dang Woody, you are something else. I didn't think anything was going to top that prime rib I saw on here today, now I'm not sure.

Lol, thanks all :):)

My doctor checked my cholesterol 3 times, told me that he thought his readings we're wrong, lol.

Informed me that he's NEVER seen a patient with cholesterol readings as Perfect as mine.

So in short, I took that as a free for all till my next visit :)')
