All Set For The Rest Of The Week

Postby Williep » Wed Dec 27, 2017 5:22 pm

Made a trip to the store this morning for just a couple of thing's and came home with more than what I went for. Got home with three skinless chicken breast, a boneless pork loin a little over 5 lbs and 2 1/2 lbs of beef stew meat. The chicken breast got seasoned and vacuumed packed and will go on the pit in a couple of day's with the pork loin that got marinaded and vacuumed packed also. The stew meat got floured, browned and is simmering on the stove right now and should be ready in a couple of hour's.

The stew sure turned out delicious but the SuckleBusters Chipotle Pepper Sauce put it over the top.

If your weather there is anything like we're having down here (yours is probably worse. Lol!) That's the perfect meal right there! Looks like a fine bowl of stew for sure.
