thanks, Wild Bill, I used your Atkinson's Chicken Breader to double dip them in - - - - much better than straight flour IMHO :tup: :salut:

Have you tried double dredge? Dredge the first time then set the pieces aside and let the flour on the chicken get tacky. Then dredge a second time. Also try putting some corn starch in your flour mixture.

That's AWESOME !!!!

I love chicken fried chicken/steak and that sauce looks on point.
You can keep those green bullets tho, lol could never eat them.

Actually I did double dredge these also. First in the milk and egg wash, then in the dry mix and then set aside. Then repeat and fry - - ya gets betta batter dat way fo sho :tup:

No need to waste the Gweese, Sailor, just put some Oil/Lard in the bottom of a Skillet and "Git'er Done" :salut:
