My Dumps Smell Great Today !!

Postby woodenvisions » Sun Dec 17, 2017 1:39 pm

Ok ok, before we all get in a tizzy and start thinking I'm a sick dimented individual, lol....let me splain !

Dumps are what it's called when the Can Cooker is used because the very last thing you do before you eat is ( Dump ) ur contents of what you cooked.
Ok, so now that I cleared up any foul stench that I may have caused, here is one of the two Dumps I enjoyed today :):)

First was Italian Sausage and Cheddar Brat's hit with Sucklebusters SPG & a Maple Bacon grinder mix from our local ShopRite and mixed with Bell Peppers, Yeller Onions, Taters and Carrots along with full Cloves of Garlic.
Used Chicken Stock for the cooking source. This will be used for soup for the week :):)

The second which is not finished is basically the same but I used chunked Bottom Round Roast cubed up with SPG and seared first on the cast iron with evoo before it becomes another Dump :) Cooking source this time is Ginger ale. 45 minutes on the CC and we're golden.
Hope y'all like the pics and meal.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Second Dump complete:)

Ok, so some of you may be thinking that Ginger ale as a broth might not go good with these veggies and beef, but I promise you that it WORKS :):)
WOW, so good !

When I saw the post title I was tempted to sit down for an extended period in a quiet place and unload my thoughts about this post... but maybe it’s better if it simply be allowed to pass naturally, without observation.

Emm,Outlaw, boots and Williep,

If you guys like a good stew, it resembles it very closely.
The beef chunks cut like butter and the SPG and Ginger Ale finished the flavor off Perfectly :)
