Prelude to a Bo Low Neeze Burger

Postby woodenvisions » Sat Dec 16, 2017 9:31 pm

So I've been wanting to make some Bolognese Sauce for a while now. The thought popped into my head to make a burger topped with Harvarti and Bolognese Sauce.
Did some searching and at about 2:30 am Pocono time I'll have it finished.
Sauteed some Pancetta , Thick diced Smoked Bacon, Minced Carrots, Onion, and Celery. Added some 85/15 for 5 minutes, drained the grease and added some White Cooking Wine for another 5 minutes.
Added some Crushed Tomatoes with some Bay Leaves and in the slow cooker for 6 hrs. After that I'll add some Fresh Parsley and some 1/2 & 1/2. Should be excellent on any type of Pasta and especially a burger for tomorrow's lunch :):)

Yes Yes Williep,

We aren't getting to the burgers today, but we did however give it a try and the wifey loves it. Our little guy which is 21 months was tearing it up, lol !! I myself liked it as well, but it was very hot when I tested it. I'll try it again later since it cooled, should be better.
