Leftover Stuffin Patties and Own-Yawn Rangs

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed Dec 13, 2017 2:28 pm

Had a decent helping of that Crab and Shrimp Stuffin left that I used on the Stuffed Poke Chop yestiddy so I decided to turn it into Crab/Shrmp Cakes.

Shaped into patties and sprinkled generously with Slap-Yo-Mama

Then I dredged them in Atkinson's Cajun Hot and Spicy Breader from Wild Bill Country

Did the same thing with the Own-Yawn Rangs after dredging in milk/egg wash.

Catsup and Cream Horseradish

Mix well and Voila "Cocktail Sauce"

Fry in hot oil, plate and side with some "pik'ld-de-okra"
