Sweatin wiff da Veggies

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed Dec 06, 2017 9:45 am

Well, after all it's December and we are finally experiencing semi-winter and, since it's drizzlin rain with an expected high in the mid-40s, I decided to stay in this morning and make up some more Trinity.

Also later today I plan on putting on a pot of Chili (without beans) :whiteflag:
So I went ahead and chopped up a sweet own-yawn and some detoxed penners (wiffy loves Chili not heat)

OK, after a little Skillet time, the veggies, sausage, chili meat and Suckle Busters Chili Seasoning gather in the Pot with the broth, rotels and S&P for some slow simmer and togetherness time. :chef:

Pard, that's some of that Sooner Creamy Jalapeno Sauce

Looks good Parts. Haven’t thought of putting the sauce on chili. I like it!

I'm wanting to do a beer can chicken soon and then use some of it to make Enchiladas Verde but with the Jalapeno Sauce instead of Tomatillo Sauce  I think it fairs better on birds than beef but could be wrong :dont:

I could go for a good bowl of that Emm :):)

I respect the ( Texas way ) for sure cuz we're on this forum so I totally get it. I have to admit tho that being a ( mountain Yank ) lol that I've been accustomed to those little kidney shaped stragglers in my chili.
Just how it's done in Joizey I guess.

I can definitely chown down on it either way as long as I get the celery chunks :):)
