Great skillet cornbread
a box of Jiffy cornbread mix
a 14oz can of cream corn
& 2- eggs
NO milk. there's enough liquid in the cream corn
heated up the 10" skillet on the stove and buttered it
in the oven at 400° for 30'min
moist & sweet

I've never been to big on Corn Bread til a few years ago. I think our tastes change over the years, but that right there ^^^^^^ looks really really good Capt !!

Just like my recipe for corn fritters, in the deer camp. Just add a little liquid, whatever is handy (usually beer at camp) and cook 'em like pancakes. Makes a great blanket to put on your eggs to keep them warm outside while eating breakfast after the morning hunt!
