Decided to use the rest of the burger from Wiffy's Grilled Hamburger yestiddy for a small skillet of 'sketti sauce. Added a pkg of Holy Trinity that I had sauteed and frozen a month or so ago, a can of Rotels and Green Chilies, then browned and simmered until the 'sketti was ready. Dumped in the 'sketti and plated. Added some Egghead Smoked Hot Sauce and some grated Peppa Jack and Lunch was down and done. Those sweet peppas in the H.T. are not only colorful but very dominant in the mix so I'm thinking on whether they'll be a repeat or not.
