This was the extent of my Thanksgiving day food prep.
Dried beef roll ups with Cream cheese and horse radish.
They weren't pretty but where devoured in a hurry.
My next patch of dried beef I got to remember to slice a little thicker for these roll ups. Trying to pull apart paper thin slices that have been vacpacked is a pain in the butt.
