I get that in regards to candied fruit, we all have different tastes, and you can butter that notfruitcake to your heart's content...but this is the BEST candied orange peel I ever et, and it was so easy to make that next year, I'm candying my own pineapple.

Yup, you heard it right lol.
A guy from work came in one day about 3 years ago and asked me if I wanted to try some. He had something that resembled a friutcake in this container.
Naturally, I was expecting a joke regarding Anything I answered with but he began to tell me it's big with the Brits and he found it in isle 8 at Wegmans down the road.

I didn't believe it was truly named that, so after work I ran there to see for myself....
Sure enough, Spotted Dick was right there on the shelf lol...
