Fire Roasted Salsa

Postby egghead » Tue Oct 10, 2017 9:15 pm

Doing Christmas shopping at Casa Egghead. :santa:

Roasted all but the cilantro and lime. Zest of two limes and juice went in along with chopped cilantro at the end.

I have recently become a fan (addict) of the FIRE ROASTED Salsa and was telling Outlaw just the other day that another batch was not far away since I'm down to my "last" jar.

Egghead, there's just something extra special about gifts and goodies that have that homemade/homegrown touch especially around the Holidays - - - - I'm sure Y'all will be even Bigger Heroes and Heroines this year  :salut:  :santa:
