Thought I'd cut back a little so I had a salad and my wife had leftover taco soup for supper last night. Grilled some chicken breast's seasoned with fajita seasoning on the Old Smokey, cut up some lettuce, mixed in some salsa, pico de gallo, topped off with jalapeno's and there you have it, my version of a taco salad served with 50% less fat baked chip's (scoops). Don't laugh about my chip's, I like those thing's.

Re: And On The Lighter Side
I don't see anything wrong with that except it is on your plate rather than mine.

Re: And On The Lighter Side
If I had a plate like that I could probably be very happy eating lighter!

Salsa, Pico, AND jalapeños? My question is: where's the ice cream again?!
Looks good though!
