Gulliver's Fish Tacos

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Sep 30, 2017 2:45 pm

Welps, my step-sons had planned on taking me out for Lunch today for a late BD gathering but the Wiffy just wasn't up to it so we had to cancel at the last moment. Hmmmm only thing thawed was the 6.75# Butt that I'm gonna pelletize man-yawner so I decided to do a quick thaw on a Tilapia Filet and throw a couple of Tacos together. These consisted of Tilapia, Hatch pepper cheese (HEB), Goat Cheese (El Salvador Neighbor), Roasted Hatch pepper Salsa (OUP) and breading from the PNW (Wild Bill) - - - also added some Cajun Seasoning (East Texas Co.). A little time in the Nuker and "Voila"

Looks good. I don't personally like tilapia, has kind of an off taste to me but with all those goodies on them I would give it a try. As always a nice plate.
