I made last minute change to a smaller pan as the skillet was too big. Oven preheating now. Butters ready,lol

Last minute change of a smaller pan, smell is unbelievable. Just taken out, sliced and buttered, I've never tasted anything with butter as good in my life. How have I not known about this.

I think butter color has more to do with what cows eat than anything else. Or so I've heard.

Our cows eat green grass mainly out in paddocks. I just had another slice,lol

You can use that with Muffin Pan or Muffin Cups too - - - there's also things like Mexican Salsa, chopped up Chilies and sweet corn that you can add to the mix and we call it Mexican Cornbread.

I'm gunna try this in muffins as well, think grandkids might like it as well. It was really really nice. I'm lassoed,lol

so happy that you liked it like most folks over here do - - - - funny what we take for granted in food and think that "everyone" fixes and eats it Pard, if you can't find this mix, when you run out you might try Justin's Recipe - - - I certainly plan on trying it soon
