Just a little breakfast

And a favorite: well-seasoned nuketater home fries, an egg, and toast. Coffee and pineapple not seen. Sometimes we add bacon, sausage, or ham. But not today.

Nuketater. You have said that in the past, and I just assumed you meant you cooked them in the microwave. Is that right?

Exactly. Skin-on, small and even in size, on a plate with one of those plastic covers, and poked a few times with a needle or toothpick. Cool a bit, then squish, and the skins come right off. These were redskins.
