Nuketater. You have said that in the past, and I just assumed you meant you cooked them in the microwave. Is that right?

Nuked = Microwave Sailor, if you'd gotten any closer to take that pic, we might have ended up with Smell-a-Vision - - - I actually caught my nose trying to move toward the monitor screen.

Exactly. Skin-on, small and even in size, on a plate with one of those plastic covers, and poked a few times with a needle or toothpick. Cool a bit, then squish, and the skins come right off. These were redskins.
