I confess, Fellers, that I possessed neither the pressure, nor the inclination to light up the smoker or the grill tonight. In fact, not even the stove. Nope, I cheated and made some Borracho Beans in my pressure cooker. It was almost effortless. Don't hold it against me.

Josh, only pressure you should be feeling right about now if from me wondering where my invite was.

I must inform you that by the time said evidence were to reach you, it would be altogether another substance, and it usually goes into a different kind of bowl.

"Let it go!" Just not here.

You can remove the "gas" by par-boiling for two minutes and then dumping that water out and rinsing the beans Then use new fresh water to cook your beans in.

Gents, as I finished these off at lunch, well, I had this feeling, no thought -maybe a pang of conscience- growing in my belly for not having shared the beans with y'all. But, then, I realized it was just gas.
