So tonight was our ( cooking for the week ) night. I made some Thigh/leg combos in the Big E along with a pretty large Pork Loin.
Deb decided to take on a chicken dish we came across called Chicken Lombardy
It consists of Boneless Breasts, Marsala Wine,Salt,Pepper,Chicken Stock,Shredded Mozz,Grated Parmesan,Butter,Flour and Green Onions.

I know at first glance, it screams ( Cardiologist Alert ) but believe it or not, 90 % of that liquid is the Marsala Wine and Chicken Stock.

Good. Just after I read the post, my insurance called me up and said they were raising my rates...

Looks really good. I love basically one dish meals.

After staring at those pix, I'm looking at the clock to see if it's too late to eat anything else tonight. She did a great job, WV.
