Sailor, no worries about threadjackin here .
I actually enjoy the metamorphosis of threads lol.
It's cracks me up sometimes to see where it goes from where it began.. Remember, the ( journey ) is more important than the destination .

Oh, I'll give you a Great Naan suggestion. Try brushing a little Olive Oil on them, then some S&P and bake on the middle rack for 5 Minutes on 400.. The texture is awesome imho. Reminds me of the ( Gorditas ) back in the High School days at Taco Bell at midnight..

That Naan pizza rocks..
I truly do believe that using Naan for pizza was meant to be !

Garlic naan is the bees knees but if you get a chance try a keema naan, it's the same but stuffed with minced lamb, prolly not popular over your way. You really live well my friend.

I love Naan and have never thought to pair it with fajitas. Brilliant and visually appealing!

Txdragon,

I'm not sure why I decided to do it, but for now on, I will look for the Naans before the wraps..
I just wish they weren't so $$.

Thx for the kind words, they are always appreciated!

Wv, I'd say only from an Indian restaurant for keema naan. But you never know. Wife prefers just garlic naan.
