Sucklebusters Motorcross Test Run

Well, after tonight's test run with the first time using these rubs and sauces, I do believe we are ready for this weekend's race.
Pulled out the Coleman 2 burner camping stove, the Hungry Cuban Paella Pan, Boneless Breasts and Thighs, and 4 different sauces and rubs from Sucklebusters!
Now, I know these are actually Rubs, and meant for either grilling or smoking but I'm not one to follow the rules, lol.
So instead, I sliced up some breasts and thighs.A little Olive Oil in the pan and I was set. Used the Hoochie Mama on the Breasts ( I used too much ) and followed it up with the Chipotle !
Turned the heat up the last few minutes and constantly moved the pieces around until the sauce started to caramelize.
Next was the Thighs with the Pecan Rub followed by the Hot N Spicy and set the glaze as well.
First I will say this..
I actually felt like I was 6 again camping with Mom & Pops.
Outside at night in the dark, crickets cricketing, and the cool mist and fog in the air and the smell and steam coming from great grub.
Ahh yes, looking forward to doing this with our little buddy very soon
So, Deb doesn't do spicy very well, but I first gave her 3 pieces of the Breasts with Hoochie Mama and Chipotle.
She took one bite and with a big smile, asked..WHAT is on that chicken ?
I told her and before I could get the pan cleaned for the thighs, a 1/4 of the plate was missing lol.
Then, she tasted the Pecan and Hot N Spicy Thighs and it was ALL OVER..
She's hooked on both !
As for me, I can't argue with any of that, it was awesome.
The one pic of the pan gives a hint of what the glaze on the chicken was like.
Sorry for the late night teaser pics, but that's how we do it up here in the Mountains
Thx Gator, you now have another believer and Customer for life !
