Had some flat leftovers from yesterday's brisket and needs dinner…remembered back to those awesome ciabatta sammiches WV did a while back and decided to do something similar. Thanks for the inspiration, my pics aren't as good as yours and we kept it fairly simple but they were still tasty.

Pane Tuscano Bread
Mixed Italian cheeses
Griddles onions
Leftover brisket slices

Next time we're adding jalapeño as well.

Dude, first off, ur pictures definitely hold thier own !
One mistake I made was I pulled the brisket. I wish I'd left them in slices like these here that you did !
Also, I shoulda used onions.

Those look great, and I love the bread choice.

I think you and I have the BLACKEST tops around, lol.
Nothin like a good seasoned griddle top huh :):)

Thanks WV. I just consider the seasoning a constant ongoing deal.

Wife and I were just talking and we realized out of 5 meals at home this weekend one was on the smoker and four on the Blackstone. Only thing made in the kitchen was coffee :)

Give me a couple of days, and I'll guarantee you I'll find a way to do coffee on the Blackstone, lol.

Interesting enough, I cracked our coffee pot last month so no fresh coffee in the am anymore for me.

Hmm.... ( wheels turning ).....

You got a coffee crisis…

Have you tried to see if you can boil water on the Blackstone? If so, there's always the old camping percolator.

Oh yeah, I've used it to boil BIG pots of water for filling chafing dishes trays.
I'll get another glass pot, just on the back burner for now.
Our little guy keeps us moving 24/7 lol

I understand that…the older they get, the more you'll move :) mine are 6 & 11. Wouldn't trade them for the world.

Great looking offerings! The Blackstone is an investment I'm gonna have to make, it seems.
