Wicked Apple Inurendo Chicken

Postby woodenvisions » Sun Jul 09, 2017 5:58 pm

Sundays are usually ( cook for the week ) days in this household so between the Baby Backs yesterday, this Bird today and the ( pending ) brisket, I'm almost ready to pull out the Foodsaver. Just need to throw some Bone In Thighs and Boneless Breasts in the Big Easy and call it a night.
But first, we need to tear into this Redd's Wicked Apple bird.
It's a win win for me, the wifey doesn't like the skin..

I could eat crunchy skin every day   ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

We just started picking Meyers off our 2 trees, limes not far away either. Love limes in my Thai salad dressing.
