Jalapeño poppers

Anyone have a great recipe to share?
I may try some cream cheese and chive spread along with some SPG. I've tried plain cream cheese and just wasn't that thrilled with it.
I plan to cut them in half, mix up some sucklebusters SPG and that cream cheese, and of course wrap bacon around it.
All ideas are welcome!

Keep back some brisket or pulled pork from one of your cooks. Freeze it, then next time you want some ABT's put the meat in with the cream cheese and rub. Also hit with Sucklebusters Chipotle Sauce right before you pull them off.

Cream cheese, double the rub you think you need (I keep adding rub until it is borderline salty), wrap in bacon. Sometimes I'll add some Parmesan or Romano cheese to the cream cheese for more kick.

"Negatory, Pard" - - I'm a product of Oakie and Gang here on the Forum. That's who I learnt how to do these from and about the only tweeking that I have done was to easy fry some Owens Hot Pan Sausage and split it 50-50 with the Cream Chez that Oakie mentioned - - - - I also lightly par-boil my penners (two minutes max), split long ways and clean ALL the veins and seed out before stuffing, wrapping in bacon and harpooning them with Willie Pins.
Now I'm hungry for some ABTs
P.S. the file in my Recipes is titled Oakie's ABT's

I've even done them straight up with the tops off, Texas Style so to speak. My youngins really like them this way. You can buy pepper racks that have holes to do them this way that aren't shaped like
Some of these had a stick of pepper jack and a small cocktail shrimp and some had a stick of pepper jack and some cooked owens hot pan sausage. I'm sure you recognize that thing draped over the top.

My buddy calls them snausages:) pretty sure those were dog treats.
I've got one of the TX shaped racks. Only thing you have to make sure of is not to get any monster peppers. They gotta fit in the hole.

Pssst don't tell anyone but I've been known to make a cardboard template and take it into the grocery store and up to the pepper rack. You get some of the strangest looks from folks, specially wimmin, when they see you putting each pepper in the template hole before going into the buy bag.
