Chili Cheese Tots

So we had a bag of OreIda Tater Tots in the freezer, along with some chili we made a couple of months ago. After the tots were cooked and the chili heated up we just added a little shredded cheese, a bit of sour cream and some green onyun from the garden. The result was Chili Chesse Tots:
It made a good lunch!

It also made the taste go away of a bad breakfast out we had earlier in the day (at a local inn that had seen better times).

They were gooooood. And I NEEDED those tots after that awful, nasty, salty, greasy steam-table food you'd expect to encounter at a disreputable gas station: rubbery scrambled eggs, rubberier sausage, leathery bacon, and limp potato chunks that tasted inexplicably of cinnamon sugar.
See, this is why we hardly ever eat out these days.
