And just for clarification …its pronounced CRAH-PEE :)
I have yet to find a better tasting lake fish.

Yep Crappie, Okra and golden potatoes peeled and cut up by me. Golden potatoes are the best potatoes.

the other pronunciation is what you use to describe the taste of Worse-ever-shore sauce

Excellent diversion from the rain bobcat - that is a feast
Sacalait or sac-a-lait literally translates to bag of milk. Lait is French for milk and refers to the fish's white meat. Caught, cleaned, fried, and ate many sacalait with pawpaw, RIP.
Now you may want to check out "choupique" pronounced shoe-pick.

Ever mix it in with ground sirloin for home made burgers ??
Also, we're hittin the mint sauce this week. Just waiting for a clear day for thighs over the lump.
