Never researched why the milk, saw it in a recipe a few years ago and the corn sure turns out good and the good part is that my wife sure like's it cooked that way. :cheers:

Ok, but have you used ( just ) the butter on say toast, or muffins ?

I'm wondering what the taste difference is that's all.
Having a hard time finding it here for some reason.
