Didn't feel like getting too involved in anything so I decided on oven fried catfish, Uncle Ben's rice, Bush's beans, chips, salsa and pico. Doesn't get much simpler than that.

Lol, we call cooked potatoes chips but you call em fries, we call chips but you call em crisps, am I right??

YES, we call fried taters "French Fries" and the stuff in the sack above we call "Chips" - - those are corn chips but we also have Tater Chips - - - are you confused yet :?:
