Pretty sure I have too many tomato plants

Got some really big tomatoes as well - two at the top in this pic are bigger than softballs

Another biggie

Will be picking a few of the really big ones in a few days. Meanwhile, picked these last two days.

Add a few other things for a salsa

Let's fire roast - getting started with all but the cilantro and limes

All but the corn is ready to come off

Peel tomatoes, peppers, and garlic and into the vitamix with the onion, cilantro, and lime juice in small batches. Removed the corn, added salt and mixed it all together. yummy.

Already gave three jars away

Awesome as Always, Egg, every time you post something that Y'all have done, I swear it looks like what you'd see in a Homes and Gardens Mag or a Cooking Show on the Tube :tup:

Wife grows our own tomatoes and corn and herbs etc, never thought of making my own salsa but your pics have inspired me to make the same this coming summer. As guys have said, great pics tell a great story, 10/10 brother.

I'm sure that Moses had a disclaimer on the back of the Tablets that said something like.
"IT IS NOT A SIN TO ENVY YOUR NEIGHBOR'S MATER PATCH OR GARDEN VEGGIES" AND it was probably in Hebrew or something so it could have easily gotten misplaced :laughing7:
