I guess the name of something really only has importance to who is using it and, since I said that I was tired of eating Tex-Mex Recipes and wanted a change, "I" am going to call this a Castilian Coney Pretty simple and pretty larapin
just start out with a Whole Wheat Hot Dawg Bun on a baking sheet Annnnnnnd Smear on some Suckle Buster's Chipotle Sauce instead of mayo or mustard
Place some par-boiled jalapeno strips on the sauce
Top that with shreaded chicken breast and bacon
Then cover with hot n spicy Pico
Now a thick layer of shreaded pepper jack cheese
Place under the Broiler under cheese is thoroughly melted
Plate with some chips
AND BONE APPLE TIGHT

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

thanks Gents, all the time I was building this, I kept thinking "Why did you throw those Hoagie Buns away" BUT the whole wheat dawg bun worked great No surprise either that the Bacon was the Catalyst for the entire Sammich.
