That steak looks darn good to me OUP
I'm like you...I prefer my steaks grilled outside over coals.

My mom used to cook our steaks under the broiler in the oven. The aroma that filled the house from the steaks broiling got us boys and pops all excited. :lol:
I tried broiling steaks in the oven one time. Ended up setting off the smoke alarms in the single wide mobile home that me and my young bride where living in at the time. :roll:

My wife hasn't let me cook in the house since. That was better then 30 years ago now. :laughing7:

BTW OUP....how ya liking Gators SPG. :?:

Wild BIll, that was my first sprinkling out of my first bottle of SPG and it was very good - - - I'll be using it on my steaks full time now and have a few other plans for it also - - - - :tup:

Yup OUP....SPG is my go to for anything cow related. My wife has been a Montreal fan forever. She now prefers SPG. :D
