So decided to give it a shot. Seen several posts on the subject. I thing Eggheads really kicked my interest in gear. Semi cool morning so I got the Webber kettle going now…

Cheddar
White cheddar with Meat Church BBQ Bacon rub
Pepper Jack w/ Sucklebusters Bayuum Habenero rub

Can't wait to see how it turns out!

Off the kettle and packaged to bloom. Total smoke time was 2 hours w/ cherry wood.
