Man Card

Hope my man card doesn't get revoked. I discovered that we have a "Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine", don't know how many years we've had it or if it's ever been used but I thought I'd give it a try and give the pit a rest. I have used this thing two night's in a row, chicken both night's, and it does a pretty good job. I have cut skinless chicken breast in half, tenderized them, seasoned (put in refrigerator for about 3 hours) and cooked for 3 1/2 to 4 minute's. It's fast and easy to clean up.

You'll never know if you don't GO and I think your Man Card just got renewed with a life time membership

I remember when the George Foreman grill first came out. My Dad was convinced cooking his favorite Earl Campbell's Hot Links on that thing somehow made them healthier…. :)

Someone gave me a smaller version of that minus the grease tray - haven't tried it yet myself. Thanks for the reminder and your M/C still has all four corners.

Yup! Looks manly-riffic to me.
We had one of those grills, wish we still did. Maybe time to get one again?

It looks ideal for indoor winter grilling (no snow shovel required
).
Thanks for the idea.
