Backroad GoldMine

Postby woodenvisions » Tue Dec 13, 2016 12:13 pm

So I decided to hit this place called Geakers just outside of Bethlehem P.a.

It's a well know spot for top of the line Tacos and for good reason. The Tacos are plate sized using a thin fried tortilla.
Everything cut fresh right on the spot.
Went with the soft beef with their own Jerk which is the best I've ever had !

As I'm leaving, the owner asks... Ever had Gator??

Well, of course the answer was no. So he offered some with the Jerk sauce !!
Needless to say, I'm completely hooked from here on out !

I'd eat that but it needs a large Jalapeno sticking out both sides :laughing7: :D

I'd like to acquire some somehow, somewhere, someday from someone...

Any suggestions on a reputable company to order from ?
I'm looking for just the meat , raw uncooked and of course flash frozen so I can bread it up myself.

It's definitely not a bad thing, but I don't think I've ever met anyone else that eats as many hot peppers as you.

I would ask this guy where he gets his but he has closed down for the season. Temp dropped below 50 degrees so he boarded up the place like everybody else around the lake.
