You can duplicate what we had, just ask ur local butcher to slice u up some ribeye, throw them in a cast iron skillet with provolone and havarti, peppers and onions.
We didn't do anything special, it was just the ingredients.
You could probably get the ribeye sliced paper thin for about 13 or 14 $ total for two sammies. One lb should suffice enough for you both ?
We had 2 lbs for 4 of us and we were stuffed.
