Maybe not a traditional Torta but in was a pretty dang good gringo interpretation. Found some bolio rolls on sale for $1.99 at Kroger. Had the chicken and veggies so I hit them with Meat Church's Dia De Los Fajita seasoning and BAM…dinner.
