My late great Father-in-Law was one of the finest Men that I have ever been blessed to have in my life. He was also a great cook and prepared Southern Country Fixins which caused both of my Sons to sneak off the school grounds and go eat at Pawpaw's rather than the Cafeteria. Often it would be leftovers and even, more often, there would not be a meat course, which didn't bother my boys in the least. I'm saying all of that to say that while I was pan frying some yeller crook-necked squash, Pawpaw Style, today, I had some fond memory flash backs. R.I.P. Pawpaw Wigley

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Re: Remembering Pawpaw
I betcha most of us have moments that involve food, especially good food, that remind us of family and friends that mean a lot to us.
Looks like a mightyfine way to remember Pawpaw.
