Long couple of weeks,ugh...
Almost forgot how to cook it's been so long ! Pulled out the cast iron lid and seared some breast chunks up with a little bit of ( Whirl ). Added some Alfredo sauce and simmered about 30 min and added oregano, parsley and topped off with a layer of the rest of my Suckle Busters Hog Waller.
Stirred in some Fetuccini and topped it with grated parm.
Left the SYM off of the wife's plate but made up for it on mine. :)
Pretty flavor packed easy dinner for the night.

GIH, that first photo made me think I was a failed skydiver that just blew through the skylight at the Kraft factory and was about do a header right into a vat of Velveeta.

Glad u guys liked the dish, no recipe to go by, just winged it...
It was really good, but will probably add more fresh parmesan next time because imo one can never have enough cheese...

Chicken Alfredo is my favorite! This one looks perfect, and you're totally correct; there's always a spot for extra cheese!!
