I like making single batch sauce piquant or gumbo in the stove top DO.

Yeah I always have to season mine outside. Learned that lesson early on in the game!! :deadhorse: (My wife beating me upside the head!!)

I like to cook in dutch ovens and own three myself. My son is a by scout and we camp out every month or two. Something good is usually going on in a dutch oven when we're out with the scouts. :)

We used to have a section here on the forum dedicated to dutch oven and campfire cooking, but it never took off. :dont:
