Took a ride to the harbor this morning to pick up some fresh shrimp. The shrimp were swimming just hours earlier. B)
Some Mexican shrimp cocktail to start
Then used this stuff for BBQ shrimp
Sweating the onions and garlic - street corn was started earlier
Everybody is in the pool and the shrimp are getting happy
Now my tummy is happy

Re: Fresh Shrimp
Good looking Shrimps Sir
I almost went with a shrimp boil yesterday but opted for ribs. "On the smoker NOT Boiled!"
might have to go with the shrimps on Sunday.
Gracias
