Since my favorite place to get these is only 7 miles down the road, I rarely fix them. However, this ennin I fixed a quick snack from left over grilled chicken, jalapenos, pico, cream cheese, bacon and roasted raspberry chipotle sauce.
Pretty simple just roll chicken, cream cheese and jalapeno up in bacon
I usually grill these but today I decided to just Nuk'em
When I grill them I toothpick'em so they stay put
Plated, put on some Pico and drizzled some roasted raspberry chipotle sauce over all of it
This was just a "snack" since I don't eat heavy late ennin and it gets my Meds down enjoyably
Except for slightly over Nuking them they were delish
