I make gumbo and I like gumbo BUT I have yet to make a good Roux BUT I'm still trying :whiteflag:

Haha, I Watched the Justin Wilson cooking show a lot when I was a little kid. He was a character for sure.

Thx, this was my 2nd time to make gumbo. The first time, I spent over an hour making my roux because I was so paranoid about burning it. I learned the right heat from that and this time I got it down to about 25 minutes.
